Shipping & Returns
1. Most items ship within a 7-10 day window of time, but mostly much sooner. If an item is in physical stock, it can usually ship the following day. If an animal is not in stock and needs to come in from Germany or Italy, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for us to receive it and then promptly ship to you.
2. Many of our items are handmade in very small batches by artisans in Europe and North America - several are made-to-order and require additional time for fabrication.
3. Please ask all necessary questions prior to order, and consider that our images are 'stock' images, and we work hard to best portray the item you will receive. There may be slight variations in color due to your screen resolution, facial expression may be different, or a pose in the stock photo may give an illusion that an animal is larger than it is. If exact size is important, please inquire as there can be variations.
For instance, a 58" bear standing will be approximately 58" high.
Animals with one measurement (that is not obviously height or length) are likely European measuring standards, and measured on the diagonal. If a sitting cat says 23", it is likely 23" from nose to end of fanny.

4. We do not allow returns unless an item is grossly misrepresented on the website. We have exceptionally high standards for the artisans we work with, and we will work hard to answer all questions in advance. Many times, we are having an animal made by or purchased from a supplier on your behalf. If we do agree to accept a return at our discretion, the item must be returned to us via secured, insured shipping method. A 30% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping costs incurred by us during the original shipment (if the item was 'Free Shipping') will be deducted from your total when a refund is issued.
5. "Free Shipping" promotions are considered for the Continental United States only - all costs for shipping outside the continental United States, including duty, tarriffs etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
** Certain items note that the item will incur 'handling charges', due to excessive weight, size or unusual delivery circumstances. Please contact us in advance for information regarding a specific animal.
6. We are not responsible for lost shipments, once tracking has proven that an item has been delivered. Please be sure your item is being shipped to a secured location. Signature confirmation, adult signature confirmation as well as any other special delivery measures will be at the cost of the customer.
